Larry Villano, Chief Executive Officer
Larry Villano has over 20 years’ experience in the health care, working in both provider and managed care arenas. He enjoys working with individuals and teams to unleash their power, passion and potential to create a better and more resilient world. Larry has presented on radio, local and national TV as well as at local, state and national conferences. He is a licensed professional counselor and licensed substance use counselor and has master’s degrees in philosophy, counseling and is completing his MBA. He is a certified business coach and certified in nonprofit management. He started his work in health care as a volunteer on the Phoenix “Warm Line” helping those with a serious mental illness find connection and hope. He enjoys spending time with his family and playing guitar. To him, resilience means having the deep, unwavering belief that success will happen, no matter what others may say.
