Retirement
Employees are eligible for retirement benefits after one year of employment. The employee must establish a
qualified retirement account to be eligible for this benefit; failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of
benefits for each quarter in which there was no account established. The employee must choose either T. Rowe
Price or the Wells Fargo Advantage.
