PSA owns ten residential properties and one commercial property.  The 10 residential properties consist of 8 RBHA assisted properties, which PSA will own fully after a 25 year period from purchase date and 2 PSA owned properties.  The RBHA assisted locations house persons with serious mental illness and are referred by their clinical team to the appropriate housing provider.  The PSA owned units are available for rent and are considered low cost housing. 

The one commercial property is our Northern location located at 2255 W Northern Avenue.  This location includes PSA’s administrative offices, our Counseling services and two supportive living programs, as well as tenants that lease space.
