Message from the CEO

On December 1, PSA Behavioral Health Agency celebrated its 40 years of service with music, refreshments, tours and my remarks, as well as those of former CEO, Joe Mann. Gayna Rowe, our Board President, along with behavioral health dignitaries Charles Arnold (Mental Health Lawyer), and Emily Jenkins (CEO for the AZ Council of Human Services Providers), also addressed our guests. Furthermore, Karen Puthoff (PSA Art Awakenings President), Charlotte Webb (Director of Recovery Services), and Russ Wickerham (Fundraiser), were also on hand to make special comments. Since 1971, PSA has grown from a small agency serving the elderly to a staff of nearly 150 and a budget of $11 million focused on bringing services to multiple communities by promoting hope, recovery, diversity, and wellness through innovative programs, affordable housing, and peer directed treatment for children and adults with behavioral health issues.
