Supportive Services for Families/Caregivers & Participants in Maricopa County • Bisbee • Casa Grande • Douglas • Phoenix • Tempe • Tucson • Yuma
Respite services offer rest and relief for a family member/caregiver while providing support to the adult participant. Youth respite services are in based in Tuscon and based in Pima County. A team of Peer and Family Support Partners provide in-home and in-community support. Population served varies by location.
In-home services provide support for the participant and family member(s)/caregiver by teaching safety, awareness, medication management, and independent living skills.
INTEGRATED CARE SERVICES
Integrated care services in Phoenix and Tempe offer a variety of sessions that treat our participants as whole people bringing together positive healthy changes in a supportive social environment.
Groups provide an opportunity for participants to learn healthy living skills with a positive, hands-on approach. Our team of Wellness Specialists take the time to get to know each participant and tailor services to meet their individual needs.
Individual, Group, Family & Couples Counseling services are offered to all individuals and families in PSA programs and select private pay insurances.
Counseling services are provided to adults diagnosed with a serious mental illness (SMI), and/or co-occurring disorders and those individuals with general mental health and substance abuse issues (GMHSA). Services are provided in office, in home or in the community depending on the individual’s needs. Counseling services focus on providing individuals, couples or families with a positive treatment experience. While goals are individualized, the overarching theme is to achieve optimal functioning within themselves, inter-personally and in the community.
Services are focused on situational stressors, family and interpersonal relationships, addiction and trauma informed care. Counseling services embrace the concept that personal wellness is a key component of one’s mental health.
